Some products may require you to select a shipping area from a drop down menu. This is located on the product page. The shipping will then be added to the item price and not at the checkout. This is applicable to Little Tikes products and the orange & rainbow trampolines.
If the shipping area is not selected, you will be unable to checkout.
Our shipping time frame is typically 2-8 days unless stated otherwise at the bottom of the individual product description. We ask customers to allow up to 10 days in case of any shipping delays. Courier delays are out of our control but we are happy to assist by conversing with the courier for you.
Couriers will not call prior to delivery.
We offer low shipping rates to ensure that you're still able to purchase at the lowest price possible. Although we do offer low rates, if you feel that your quoted rate seems high, please contact us for a manual calculation.
LITTLE TIKES, LITTLE TOTS & NON PLUM TRAMPOLINE SHIPPING
Please select your area from the drop down menu on the product page BEFORE adding to cart. This will add a shipping rate to the product price. Nothing extra will be added at the checkout and ‘free shipping’ will show. There are some postcode exemptions for these trampolines but we are often able to arrange shipping for an additional charge. This applies mainly to Northern Queensland & Rural WA. Please reach out if you would like to check your postcode, otherwise, we will reach out to you after your order is placed if additional shipping costs apply.

Your order will not be processed without a selection being made and your payment will be refunded.

Please contact us for shipping quotes to KI. A shipping sur charge will often be applicable to this area.
Shipping sur charges
A shipping sur charge may be applicable for deliveries to Western Australia & Northern QLD. Some regional and rural locations may also incur additional charges. We will reach out to you after your order is placed if this is applicable. Alternatively, you could contact us for a quote beforehand.
Please allow extra delivery time if you live in a regional or rural location. Your order may be transferred to an agent for delivery.

We will not be held responsible if orders go missing from your property once delivery has been confirmed.
Free gifts will be delivered 4-6 weeks after your order is placed. This is just a little something to say thank you for shopping with us!
When popular products are out of stock we take pre orders. The stock ETA is stated at the top of the product description and can not be taken as a delivery date. The ETA is just that, and not a definite arrival date. We have no control over when the product arrives into our suppliers warehouse. Please allow 1-2 weeks leeway of the date stated for any unforeseen stock delays.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail and advise an ETA for the item if we have one. You can then decide if you would like to receive a refund or have the item shipped when more stock arrives. Refunds typically take 3-4 days for funds to be returned but can sometimes take longer depending on your banking organisation.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will submit the order for shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel orders. You will be notified of cancellations and promptly refunded.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order with in the time frame stated. We have no control over your shipment once it has left the warehouse and unfortunately from time to time, shipments may be delayed or misplaced in transit. In this case, we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please allow additional time for any courier issues that may arise.
Please check your delivery on the day of receipt to ensure that all has been received and that there are no damages. You may have ordered in advance for an upcoming occasion and in this case, please do not set the items aside before checking that all has been received. It's certainly not ideal to begin assembling a product the day before a Birthday only to find that something is damaged or missing.
Missing parts within your order
If you receive all cartons and there are parts missing within the cartons, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the parts to be sent out to you. Swing and Play are not in control over the dispatch of orders and our suppliers will be contacted to send out any missing items. Please allow 3-7 working days for receipt of any missing parts.
Swing and Play is proud to offer our customers quality products. We will endeavor to supply you with the product you have ordered in good condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers or the item may have been damaged in transit.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the goods at email@example.com. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as a description and images of the damage along with the part ID’s as per manual. Once we receive all the necessary information we will review and, depending on the damage, will arrange for a replacement part to be sent out to you. This process can take anywhere from 3-12 days depending on the brand of product but we will work to get your issue resolved as soon as we can.
Replacement parts for Kidkraft branded products are dispatched from the US so will take the longest.
Our products are sold as they are and we will not be held responsible for any assembly costs under any circumstances. You may choose to have your product professionally assembled but in doing so you take full responsibility for any future amendments needed to be made to the structure.
Self assembly products, once assembled, are none refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds:
In the event of a change of mind you will need to contact us with in 7 days. You the customer will incur the full cost of the return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We will not refund shipping charges. Goods must be returned in original condition with all parts and accessories, in re-salable condition. You may also be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
In the event of a change of mind, if the product has not yet been shipped from our warehouse then we will refund both the shipping costs and the cost of goods. If the Goods have already left the warehouse then you will incur the shipping costs for both to and from your delivery address.
If you have a warranty claim to make, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include details of your claim and images to support this. Your warranty begins from date of purchase and claims are at the discretion of the specific manufacturer.
