Due to an increase in activity in the warehouses, we advise that you ideally place your order before the dates listed below. Orders placed after the dates below may get to you in time for Christmas but we advise to order beforehand where possible.

We can not 100% guarantee when your order will arrive but only advise the estimated time of arrival. We will work hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible but once the order has left the warehouse, any shipping issues or delays would be out of our control. We will however assist with this.

KIDKRAFT CUSTOMER COLLECTIONS
For Kidkraft orders there is an option for customer collection from Botany, NSW. These orders need to be placed by midnight on 18th December.
Warehouse Closure
No orders will be dispatched between Tuesday 24th December and Thursday 2nd January. Orders can still be placed but will be shipped from the 2nd January.
