Can I get a delivery quote?
Yes! Just head over to our contact page and include your post code and the product/s that you are interested in. We aim to respond with in 2 hours. Alternatively you can chat to us on live chat or check shipping rates yourself when you click 'add to cart' - our system will automatically detect your location and provide a rate.
My shipping rate is calculating rather high at checkout
No problem. Just contact us with your post code and product/s you are interested in and we will conduct a manual calculation for you. Rates may over estimate in particularly for WA & NT. We want our customers to be able to purchase items at the lowest prices possible.
I have found the product cheaper elsewhere

We ship Australia wide but occasionally rates fail to show at the checkout. Just contact us and we will manually calculate this for you.
My order has only been part delivered, what do I do?
This can happen from time to time and it may be that the rest of your order is near by and on it's way. You can contact the courier for an update or alternatively you can contact us and we will be happy to follow this up for you.
I haven't received my order yet
Typically, orders take 2-5 days for delivery. Any shipping issues that may arise once the order has left the warehouse may have an impact on the delivery time frame. Shipping is out of our control but we will work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible so just contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
KidKraft ship on our Behalf and can take up to10 days for delivery. We have no control over this and tracking information will not be supplied for this brand.
Any free gifts will arrive within 2-6 weeks.
