Do you have an installation service?

No I'm sorry but we do not have an installation service.  Plum & Kidkraft swing sets are usually easy enough to assemble with two people or you could always contact your local handy man to assist.

Can I add accessories to the set?

You can add additional accessories to the timber swing sets and climbing frames here.  

Can I add a baby seat? 

Yes you can add a baby swing seat to the Plum & Kidkraft timber sets. You will either need the baby seat WITH rope extensions or the growing swing seat. The growing seat is a fantastic addition that adjusts as your baby grows.

Can I collect?

I'm sorry but we can not accept collections for any of the Plum products.

How long does delivery typically take?

NSW, ACT, QLD, SA & VIC - 5-10 Business days

TAS, WA & NT - 10-15 Business days

For Rural & Regional locations, add an additional 2 Business days

 

Does it have to be anchored into the ground?

Plum recommend that the products are anchored into the ground as this is how they have been safety tested.
