Can I use more than one discount code?
No I'm sorry but only one code can be entered at the checkout and codes can not be combined.
A shipping rate isn't showing for my area
We ship Australia wide so just contact us if rates do not show at the final stages of checkout. Occasionally rates fail to show at the first stage after clicking 'add to cart & shipping rate', but will show after entering your full delivery details further on in the checkout.
Which shipping option should I choose at the checkout?
Please select the first (cheapest) option. Sometimes multiple rates show but we will always ship with the fastest courier for your area.
How much is shipping?
Please click 'add to cart & shipping rate' on the product page to see the shipping rate. A shipping calculator will show.
Can I order with next day delivery?
Please contact us if you wish to order with next day delivery.
How do I purchase for collection and remove shipping costs?
Please contact us if you wish to collect and we will remove the shipping costs. Collection is only available for the following brands:
Berg - Ipswich, QLD (1 business days)
Peg-perego - Alexandria, NSW (2 business days)
KidKraft - Botany, NSW (2 business days for collection)
I have found the item cheaper elsewhere

The time frames below are an estimate from the day of order being placed
NSW, ACT, QLD & VIC - 2-5 Days
SA - 3-6 Days
TAS, WA & NT - 5-8 Days
For rural & Regional locations, add an additional 2 days
Can I specify a delivery date?
We have no control over when the courier will deliver your order. Please call the courier giving your tracking number to make such requests. Not applicable for KidKraft orders.
My order has not arrived yet
Shipping time frames depend on 3 things: Where you are located, the brand of product ordered and if there are any courier delays which are out of our control. Please check the tracking for your order or contact us if you have not received tracking information after 3 working days.
Every shipment has an ETA which may change if any courier issues arise. Courier issues are out of our control but we make every effort to assist and work with the couriers if this occurs.
What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?
Our deliveries are ATL (Authority To Leave) and will be left in the most secure place (or where you specify at checkout) outside of your property if you are not home.
Only part of my order has been delivered, what should I do?
Please contact the courier (phone numbers below) giving your tracking number. The most likely outcome will be that your items have been separated in the delivery depot and will be out for delivery within the next day or two. Occasionally items can be missing in transit for longer and in this case the courier will open an investigation to track it down.

My item is damaged, what is the procedure?
Please send photos of the damages to email@example.com. Include the part ID's of the damaged parts as per instruction manual and your order number.
There are pieces missing within my order
Please contact us advising of the part ID's missing as per product manual. We will then forward this onto our supplier and have the missing parts sent out.
